• What time can I check into the room?

  Check-in is carried out from 14:00 local (Moscow) time.

  Check-out time: 12:00.

• Does the hotel have parking?

  Yes. The hotel provides free secure parking on site for up to 100 cars.

• Does the hotel have a SPA complex?

  Yes. It offers a SPA complex with a 25-meter swimming pool, sauna, hammam, fitness room, as well as massage and SPA treatments.

• Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

  Yes. The on-site Liwa Restaurant serves continental, Oriental and national cuisine.

• Is the hotel suitable for events?

  Yes. The hotel has the largest transformable banquet and conference hall among the hotels of the North Caucasus Federal District with an area of 620 m², as well as conference rooms and meeting rooms. The venues are suitable for conferences, forums, banquets, presentations and other events of various scales.

• Are there any conditions for disabled guests?

  Yes. The hotel has created comfortable conditions for guests with limited mobility: a ramp is equipped, special rooms are provided, and a parking space at the main entrance. Crutches and wheelchairs are available on request.

• Is there charging for electric vehicles?

  Yes. There is a charging station for electric vehicles on site. A charging cable is provided if necessary.
